Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients
  • Fresh spinach, washed
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons flour

Directions

  1. Tear spinach into pieces and put in stir fry pan.
  2. Sauté until wilted. Remove from pan.
  3. Add onion and butter to pan and simmer about 5 min.
  4. Sprinkle with flour and stir to combine.
  5. Add a little water to make a paste. 
  6. Add spinach back to pan and stir until nicely blended.
